What we are looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices
- Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
- Developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
- Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
- Reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
- Administering medications as needed.
- Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
- Initiating referrals as needed to other health team members.
Salary Range:
- $50.00 per skilled nursing visit
- $50.00 per 14/90 day assessment and supervised visit
What you can expect:
Hiring Process for a Registered Nurse is:
- Application Review: Our recruitment team will review your application within 1 business day of submission.
- Initial Phone Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a 15-20 minute phone screening within 2 business days.
- Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager. This typically takes place within 3-4 business days weeks of the application date.
- Final Decision & Orientation: We aim to make a final decision and start orientation the day of the interview or the next business day.
- Feedback: All candidates who reach the interview stage will receive feedback on their application status.
