Position Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented, outgoing, and organized leader to be responsible for our childcare employee sourcing. The sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include assisting the relationship management team in sourcing leads, conducting interviews, and hiring candidates.


Essential Functions:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates.
  • Manage candidates for employment in the hiring pipeline.
  • Source candidates through third party recruiting i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed as assigned.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and foster relationships.
  • Attend any hiring and sourcing related events.
  • Ensure the organization's purpose is conveyed to the public.
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
  • Measure and report on recruitment methods in order to track success towards staffing goals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (please include general work schedule, physical demands (if applicable):

  • Experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Experience in project or program development & management.
  • Working knowledge of databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and team-building skills.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.
