Job Summary
Rochester Collision Center is looking for an Auto-body PDR Technician to work on a full-time basis. This individual contributor role offers a competitive base plus commission rate.

Responsibilities
- Repair body damage on vehicles through paintless dent repair (PDR).
- Take pictures of damage and update customer files accordingly.
- Ensure repairs follow all safety standards.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation accurately.
- Follow guidelines to use tools, materials, and products provided.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in PDR work required. 
- Ability to identify types of damage and determine the best repair methods.
- Knowledge of safety standards and an ability to comply with them.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
