Position Overview: As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by preparing and serving delicious sandwiches and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. 2. Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Offer prompt and attentive service while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.
3. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide customers with accurate change. Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure accurate order entry and pricing.
4. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including regular handwashing, wearing gloves, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Subway's menu offerings, promotions, and special items. Be able to answer customer inquiries regarding ingredients, nutritional information, and allergens to provide an exceptional level of service.
6. Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. This includes managing food preparation, restocking ingredients, and fulfilling customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
