Prior training or experience as a Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, or similar is a plus.

Our patient population primarily consists of active individuals ages 10+ with general orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities.
Other areas of specialization in our clinic include the following:
  • Sports medicine diagnoses and running related injuries
  • Balance impairments & vestibular diagnoses
  • Pregnancy & post-partum related MSK diagnoses (LBP, SIJ dysfunction, diastasis recti, and core dysfunction)
  • Pelvic floor rehab for men & women
  • Pilates based rehabilitation
  • TMJ/TMD and headaches
  • Cancer related care/breast cancer related care (MSK needs and general conditioning - lymphedema certification not required).
We have clinicians on our team with advanced training and specialty knowledge of treatment for these more specialty diagnoses who are available for mentorship.
Those interested in the Pelvic Rehab position must have completed at minimum a Level I Pelvic Floor training course that included internal lab training and a clinical internship with a Pelvic Floor PT specialist.
Synergy remains focused on delivering personalized, quality 1:1 care delivered by licensed clinicians. We are not a high-volume clinic. The focus is on the patient experience and efficient, skilled clinical interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. The patient volume is appropriate to allow for the delivery of skilled, ethical, patient centered care.

Our practice was opened in 2012 and has experienced growth and expansion in the size of our facility, growth of our clinical team, and diversification of our services despite the challenges of POPTS and reimbursement challenges to our industry.
We embrace direct access and community education on the role of Physical Therapy in managing musculoskeletal dysfunction. We emphasize personalized, hands-on treatments, and foster a very family-oriented environment for our patients.
Our modern clinic offers multiple private treatment rooms and a large clinical gym with TRX Suspension trainers, 2 Pilates Clinical Reformers and a Pilates Split Pedal Chair, Kettlebells, cardio equipment, plyo boxes, squat rack and a wide variety of exercise equipment.
Our therapists embrace a treatment philosophy utilizing varied techniques: manual therapy, prescriptive exercise, neuro re-ed, patient education, IASTM, kinesiology taping, pain science, and cupping. We also offer low level laser therapy.
We have recently expanded to offer self pay Personal Training and Wellness & Recovery services provided by a Certified Personal Trainer onsite. Opportunities exist for our clinical team to build out self pay post rehab services, wellness & fitness services, and workshops too.
