Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine children's developmental needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals
  • Provide therapy services in a variety of settings, including schools, the community, and homes
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment
  • Monitor children's progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Preferred experience: working with children with developmental delays and disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential
  • No experience or new graduate? That is okay We will provide training
