Responsibilities:
- Evaluate organizational sustainability practices and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and programs to enhance environmental, social, and economic outcomes.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Advise on best practices for resource management, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable supply chain management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sustainability performance, including metrics, benchmarks, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including leadership, employees, and external partners, to drive sustainability initiatives and foster a culture of sustainability.
- Stay informed about sustainability trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sustainability Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sustainability projects effectively.
