Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Manager of Data Quality to their team. Compensation on this role is up to $140K per year plus opportunity for bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of database administrators and data engineers by providing guidance, delegating tasks, setting goals, and cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Mentor and coach the team in both technical and soft skills necessary to manage, maintain, and secure corporate data asset databases, encompassing all operational and analytical data stores utilized by the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans for effective data management aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring that databases and data quality solutions support business objectives and establish best practices and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with other technology teams to ensure business objectives are met and project deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager in a data related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
