Discovery ABA provides in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA therapy services to children and individuals aged 2 to 21. ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance. You will primarily work in client homes and school environments throughout Las Vegas, with the option for telehealth when appropriate.

In your role as a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you will conduct assessments, design individualized plans, and implement interventions to improve the quality of life for children and adults on the autism spectrum. You will visit clients' homes and school settings, providing support and guidance to families and collaborating with our registered behavior therapists (RBTs). With the majority of cases occurring in the afternoon, your day will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid NV driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

While not required, bilingual applicants are highly preferred
