You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the result of your assessment, and manage the team of Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians providing the care. This may include teaching new skills, reinforcing appropriate behavior, and addressing problems.Availability needed: Weekdays 2:00pm-6:30pm How we'll grow together:
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Learn the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Dive into a vibrant, interdisciplinary landscape where your collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts is not just a possibility, but a daily reality. Engage actively in cross-disciplinary idea-sharing, enriching our culture with innovative practices and insights.
  • Clinical Mastery: Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children. Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems, advancing your clinical expertise.

Requirements:
  • You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
  • You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
