We currently have an opening in our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician.

Position Requirements:

  • Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
  • Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
  • Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
  • Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
  • Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
  • Enthusiastic and with positive attitude

Required Certifications:

  • Universal HVAC/EPA certification
  • CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment, Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
