Full Job Description
G & B Property Management is seeking a full time professional Maintenance technician. Preferably with plumbing experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment communities
  • Electrical repairs
  • Plumbing Maintenance
  • Window repairs
  • Door repair
  • Air Conditioning and Heater Repairs
  • Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards
Qualifications:
  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Ability to receive directions and contribute to a team environment
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Available for emergency on-call duties
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service
