Tilleman Motor Co is seeking a driven, highly motivated Automotive Windshield, Auto Glass and Reflex Spray in bed liners, installer.  Position starting as Full-time, Mon -Fri 8-5.  Wage will depend on experience.  Experience is perferred, training will be provided.  We are looking for technicians who have their own tools.

Primary Duties

  • Installation must conform to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.
  • Windshield and Auto Glass installer is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all work assigned to him/her.
  • Must show attention to detail to deliver a consistent high quality installation.
  • Follow Company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust, harsh chemicals.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactins with customer.  co-workers and suppliers.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
