JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily production of high-quality food and maintaining sanitation standards at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set-up kitchen properly and on time daily
- Ensure all food is prepared by recipes designated by brand
- Ensure food quality and quantity are correct
- Must follow all QA and Health Department standards
- Notify supervisor of any problems or complaints when they arise
- Follow “clean as you go” policy and keep work area clean at all times
- Rotation of goods – FIFO (First In First Out)
- After service, turn off and clean oven tops, work areas, and reach-in boxes. Empty and clean dishwasher
- Make sure production charts are closely followed and adhered to
- Fill out appropriate cleaning charts
- Be aware of accident prevention and help enforce safe work conditions
- Follow all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed
- Complete administrative duties as required

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Satisfactory criminal background screening required - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record may be required

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
