Job Title: CNC Machinist (3 Axis) - Afternoon Shift $20 - $36 per hour, DIRECT HIRE

Job Description:

Set up and operate 3 axis vertical milling machines. Experience machining a variety of material including but not limited to Steel, Stainless, Invar, Aluminum and Composite Materials.


Duties:

• Set up and Operate 3 axis CNC Mills

• Must be able to load programs

• Must be able to edit speeds & feeds

• Operate Fidia Controls

• Experience with Fadel & Taurus Mills

• Must be able to set up machine independently, some jobs may take few minutes, some may take a few hours.

• Will be working on more than one machine if cycle time is extended

• Perform Multiple setups a day

• Proficient GD&T and Blue Print reading


Minimum Skills:

• 3 axis CNC Set up

• Blue Print Reading

• Have all required tools

• Understand GD&T

• Proficient Math SKills


Minimum Education:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent.


Minimum Experience:

• 3-10 years 3 AXIS machining.
