Lead Videographer

The Lead Videographer/Photographer is responsible for capturing and editing photo and video content that aligns with the vision and DNA of Life Church, communicating powerful messages and stories. The ideal candidate has superior technical skills in photography, cinematography, and video editing; a strong understanding of storytelling; and a heart for serving the local church. This person will help to manage the technical aspects of film and photography, including cameras, lighting, and design, both for single-camera and multi-camera productions.

The LV/P is a part of the Creative Team, under the direction of the Creative Director, and is responsible for creating video pieces that inspire, inform, and educate. From compelling message content, to capturing interviews and crafting long-format stories, this role retains oversight of high-end video pieces, from initial concept through on-set capture, to final delivery.

The creation of photo and video content will be predominantly within the context of our Sunday Services, social media, annual conferences, and gatherings. This person will also build, train, and lead volunteer film and photography teams at the campus level. We currently have six locations, and we are in launch mode for our seventh campus. This person will supervise any central interns in this area.
