Job Summary

Under the direction of the Maintenance Lead Mechanic, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and production equipment. Competitive pay Will pay more if you have an LME licenseGreat work life balance, great company culture.

Responsibilities

· Ensures proper operation of manufacturing equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pumps, gear boxes, pneumatic tools, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instruction; troubleshooting malfunctions, experience in industrial plant maintenance.

· Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and up-time.

· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

· Drive quality into all we do to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.

· Attention to detail in completing work tasks, cooperative attitude and being reliable and responsible.

· Troubleshoot problems and eliminate manufacturing constraints.

· Computer skills to support interface with work order system.

· Basic design and fabrication of repairs and process improvements.

Qualifications Requirements

· 3+ plus years of industrial maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills

· Electrical and controls experience a plus.

· Ability to lift average weighted materials, 50 lbs. up to 70 lbs. occasionally.

· Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing and packaging equipment.

· Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.

· A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Previous experience with CMMS

· Ability to work independently and with a team.

· Able and willing to work varying shifts, including but not limited to weekends, nights, and/or overtime as required.

· Alternative Schedules Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday- Sunday, or Thursday- Monday.

· Shifts Available: 2nd (1pm-9:30pm)

· For Safety, must be able to read/write and understand English.

Pay and Benefits

· $28-$43/ Hour,

· LME license $45-$50/ Hour

· Health Insurance after 90 days
