Requirements:


Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be 18+ years of age to work at a Tatsu-Ya location.
  • Must successfully complete state required certification and obtain food handlers credentials.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Must communicate effectively
  • Must be able to follow directions and procedures
  • Must have or obtain Food Handlers certification
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cooking knowledge a plus
  • Must excel in a team environment
