Your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:
Following Program Plans: Work towards individual goals as outlined in their service plans.
Daily Documentation: Complete required documentation and progress notes.
Daily Living Assistance: Support activities like cleaning, cooking, and light household duties.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events and help individuals achieve their goals.
Supportive Care: Assist with hobbies, studies, and social activities; provide hygiene and bathing help if needed; assist with lifting, transferring, and medication management.
Communication: Maintain communication with staff and program managers about individual progress.
Professionalism: Exercise mature judgment and provide care in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Ability to Clear a Live-Scan Background Check.
Current COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Medical Exemption.
CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (Preferred; training available if needed).
Reliable Vehicle (Preferred).
Competitive Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, with full-time and part-time options available.
