In this role, you will be responsible for driving the software architecture strategy and delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.


Key Performance Objectives:


1. Lead a team of customer facing software architects team to deliver a cohesive, high-quality software architecture that enables next-generation automotive experiences.

- Example Result: Defined and implemented a software reference architecture that was adopted across 3 major vehicle programs, driving 20% improvement in development efficiency and 15% reduction in integration issues.

- Example Deliverable: Comprehensive software architecture roadmap with defined milestones, KPIs, and communication plan to align cross-functional stakeholders.


2. Elevate the software requirements management process to ensure seamless integration with customer needs and the company's technology roadmap.

- Example Result: Spearheaded the implementation of a unified requirements management system, enabling a 30% reduction in rework and a 25% improvement in on-time delivery of software features.
