You will collaborate with business leaders, providing strategic guidance on IT initiatives and demonstrating the value of IT services in achieving organizational goals. In this role you will liaise with management, present updates, insights, and recommendations to drive data driven decision-making.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Train and develop a team of IT professionals.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies, initiatives, and procedures.
  • Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve.
  • Manage work order ticketing system.
  • Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and leaders.
  • Travel domestically (less than 25%) of time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical training and experience
  • Knowledge of modern programming language such as SQL, C++, XML
  • Experience working with stakeholders to communicate issues while balancing business expectations.
  • This position requires the employee to work in a restricted facility that requires US citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card).
