Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center located in Lewis Center, Ohio is searching for a Dishwasher to join our team In this position you will wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware.
Our attractive compensation package includes a $14 hourly wage, And full-time associates will have access to medical, dental, vision, company paid life, 401k with match, STD/LTD, etc.

New hires in this position will receive $250 sign on bonus
- Applicant must be full-time.
- Applicant must not have been employed by CHM previously in the past 12 months or worked at a Columbus Hospitality Management property through a temp agency or related program in the past 12 months.
- $125 paid after 30 days of successful employment.
- $125 paid after 90 days of successful employment.
- All bonuses contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes and items for entire property.
- Sweeping and mopping coolers daily
- Sweep Dry Storage
- Keep levels stocked up on flour, rice and sugar bins
- Receive all deliveries, check in to ensure proper products where ordered
- Weigh at least two protein items to ensure proper case weight
- Takes receiving temperatures on protein products
- Receive grocery order, and place in proper locations on shelf
- Label and date all items
- Helps chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper inventory is taken, monthly
- Helps when needed, in kitchen.
- Responsible for a clean van and gassed for next day
- Long hours sometimes required
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests
