Job Description: The contractor shall assist by reconciling technical performing contractors' invoices using DoD Information Systems (e.g. WAWF/EDA/SDW/myInvoice/IPAC) to obtain evidential matter to clear accounts payables in an agency system (EBS). This involves following a standard process where the contractor will extract multiple audit reports from both EBS and IPAC applications, as well as obtain audit reports from the Budget Office, to assess whether a purchase order (PO) needs goods receipt (GR) posting. The invoice details are entered into a Goods Receipt spreadsheet template, then submit an EBS system screenshot and a copy of the invoice (using WAWF/EDA/SDW/myInvoice/IPAC) to the Accounts Receivable Officer (ARO) for automated processing. After the automated process has completed, upload the invoices to SharePoint and capture a GR screenshot in EBS for audit tracking. The expectation is that 25 invoices can be completed daily.


Skills

Proficiency with the following:

Excellent Attention to Detail



Candidate must be able to pass a NACLC background check.

Prior experience supporting DoD or other federal agency


Additional responsibilities as required

  • The contractor shall develop and/or update Financial Management briefing materials based on templates, data and guidance provided by the PMO.
  • The contractor shall assist in maintaining documentation recording financial transactions for budget execution and planning which includes updating the Master Tracking sheets as needed.
  • The contractor shall assist by maintaining the program's planning and budget execution data (e.g. obligations/expenditures) to analyze the program's budget execution against Office of the Under Secretary Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD)(C) budget execution benchmarks.
  • The contractor shall utilize agency Information Systems (e.g. Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP), EBS, SharePoint Online/Office 365) to provide budgeting/funding support (e.g. Funds Reservation, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), Direct Funds Citation Letter (DFCL), and analysis of financial execution data).
  • The contractor shall participate in specialized training and security requirements to maintain proficiency and access to DoD Information Systems (e.g. WAWF/EDA/IRAPT, EBS).
  • Provide additional administrative support to the finance team as needed.
