Position Overview: A Customer Service Attendant is responsible for the day to day operations of the car wash while serving the customer with exemplary customer service.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Build relationships with our customers and provide excellence in customer service through various ways such as greeting when they enter
- Assisting customers with selecting type of wash
- Accepting and processing payment
- Guiding them onto the conveyor, and spraying the car before they enter the wash
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and properly repaired when needed
- Inspect and maintain operation of all equipment including arches, guns, dryers, lights, chain, and vacuums.
- Check and fill all chemical levels as needed or report low levels as necessary
- Adherence to operational procedures
- Conduct quality control checks of vehicles to ensure the completed product meets expectations
- Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.
- Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate.
- Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.
