Job Summary:

The Long of Chattanooga AutoMall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time individual contributor position in the auto industry, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand recognition and drive sales. This role will involve strategic planning and implementation of creative and effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

In this full-time position, you will receive a competitive base salary plus commission based on performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the auto industry
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to create sales incentives and promotions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience and market trends
- Manage and maintain company website and social media platforms
- Create and track marketing budgets and metrics to measure campaign success
- Coordinate and attend industry events and sponsorships
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and advertising partners
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Keep up-to-date with current marketing strategies and techniques to continuously improve campaigns
- Present marketing reports and updates to management

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the auto industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with website maintenance and social media management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
