You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of concrete work, following safety guidelines, and working efficiently with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using tools like trowels, shovels, and mixers.
- Smooth concrete surfaces using various finishing tools.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mixers.
- Monitor and ensure proper curing of concrete to prevent defects.
- Load and unload materials and tools at the job site.
- Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a construction role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
