Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (CNO) to join our intel team.

Responsibilities:
  • Find mission intelligence data and integrate it into an existing platform. 
  • Develop analytics to combine, normalize, and enrich large data sets. 
  • Design and implement data workflows to convert and normalize data. 
  • Augment the platform with new tools or technologies.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using Kibana or other metric tools.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders
Candidates should have the following qualifications: 
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 8 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
  • Knowledge of software development in Java or Python. 
  • Experience with one or more data engineering platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi, AirFlow). 
  • Familiarity with Git for software version control.
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar wiki/requirements type tools.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with Elastic products for data storage, search, presentation (Elasticsearch, Kibana). 
  • Knowledge of Front End UX development.
  • Knowledge of map-reduce analytic environments (e.g., Hadoop, GM, GMLearn). 
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems. 
  • Experience with production CNO (Computer Network Operations) capabilities and operations.
