Role Overview:

As the Sr. Director of Product, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MENU. You will lead a team of product managers and designers to deliver world-class SaaS products that exceed customer expectations, drive revenue growth, and solidify our position as an industry leader. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches, effective go-to-market strategies, and continuous product enhancements.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $220,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality SaaS products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing product organization, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to your team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution, efficient development processes, and timely product releases.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive customer-centric design thinking, incorporating user research and feedback into the product development process.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics, usage data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous product improvements.
  • P&L Ownership - own and manage the product P&L, ensuring effective allocation of resources to ensure financial targets and business objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to increase SaaS fees and overall revenue from the mobile platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert one-time app updates into a recurring revenue model.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS/Ecommerce products ideally serving Enterprise customers.
  • 10+ years of executive software product leadership experience, preferably in SaaS /Ecommerce B2B
  • Experience working in the restaurant technology industry, payments/retail/ecommerce industry and or hospitality and beverage.
  • A leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly evolving organizational and market environments. Across geography, distributed and remote team
  • Proven track record of success in leading and delivering innovative software products to market.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Deep, practical understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in defining go-to-market strategies, managing P&L, pricing models, and revenue optimization.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
