Role: PowerBuilder Developer

Location: Onsite at Gunter AFB, Alabama

Pay Range: Up to $80,000 / year depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a PowerBuilder Developer to join us onsite at Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing mission-critical applications for the United States Air Force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support PowerBuilder applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Optimize database structures and queries for performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure integration with other systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of PowerBuilder development experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Sybase ASE, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Proficiency in SQL and object-oriented programming.
• U.S. citizenship required; Active Security Clearance preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Java, .NET, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Air Force or DoD systems.
