  • Large-Scale Data Projects: Lead and contribute to large-scale data projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • SQL Database Management: Pull data from SQL databases, write and optimize SQL scripts, and ensure data integrity and performance. Demonstrate a high level of comfort and proficiency in writing SQL scripts.
  • IT Security Collaboration: Work closely with the IT security team to manage and secure sensitive data. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Data Catalog Development: Build and maintain comprehensive data catalogs. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of data assets.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize software tools such as Elation, Informatica, and IBM to develop and manage data catalogs. Leverage these tools to enhance data management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and contributing to large-scale data projects.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing and optimizing SQL scripts.
  • Experience working with IT security teams to manage sensitive data and ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data catalogs.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Elation, Informatica, or IBM for data cataloging.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in data management, SQL, or related areas.
  • Experience with additional data management and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of current data protection regulations and best practices.
