As we scale our venture building capabilities, we are looking to have greater regional impact in leading innovation ecosystems. Our initial focuses will be related to national security, aerospace and clean tech-related technologies.

FedTech is expanding its footprint in the climate and clean energy space through ongoing projects with partners such as the DOE, NNSA, Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, and others. As climate and clean energy are core pillars for FedTech, we are seeking a leader within this ecosystem to continue driving and growing these efforts.

    • Manage team structure, assignments, billable utilization tracking, and hiring decisions.
    • Promote cross-collaboration between delivery teams and business functions within FedTech.
    • Participate in FedTech Leadership strategy sessions, including quarterly performance reviews and annual offsites.
  • Client Management/Business Development

    • Advise clients on goals and success metrics related to innovation in their workforce, operations, marketing, and partnerships within the context of FedTech programs.
    • Own new engagement scoping, client renewals, and upsell opportunities.
