Position: SuccessFactors EC Pay (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant

Location- "Initially remote to start but the resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge/LA office within one month upon asked to relocate".

Requirements:

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Pay) SAP HR Payroll will not suffice
  • Junior resource with
    • 2- 3 years EC Pay Experience
    • Certified in SuccessFactors ECPay (Not SAP HR Pay)
    • Implementation experience required

Preferred:

  • Contract-to-Hire after 6 months preferred
  • Open to relocation to Baton Rouge/LA location upon conversion to regular employee
