When you join us as a PET Technologist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of PET scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures and company protocols.
- Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
- Assist radiologists with imaging and interventional procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast if needed.
- Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
- Monitor patients’ well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

- Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Must have current ARRT(R)(N) certification or NMTCB certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- Must have venipuncture certification/permit.
- CPR certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred
