Hiring now: Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in-person for a clinic based position in the East Bay, CA to join our team. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality therapy services in pediatrics. We offer a team approach grounded in education and practice as a result of a life-long commitment to continuing education and excellence in service delivery to children with special needs in schools, homes, and in-clinic. Responsibilities:

  • Implement direct therapy and treatment plans.
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Update clients progress reports.
  • Implement and document therapeutic interventions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • New client evaluations and evaluation reports.
Qualifications:

  • Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license or eligibility pending
  • Ability to build rapport with staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor.
