Description: This is an entry-level position, responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in all aspects of their job. They are able to respond directly to customers/accounts and to all management requests, with some guidance. They must be able to handle various office duties. This position represents the first rank of administrative support employees and will have a higher level of supervision. The applicant must have a good attitude regarding team work and work well with team members. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and having good organization skills are necessary to excel in this position.

Specific duties/Specific knowledge of Sales:

  • Order Entry with complete and accurate information within 24hrs of receiving the order
  • Create new accounts in D365 and Account Profiler
  • Account Knowledge-Models sold, Terms, and Pricing
  • Establish a network of contacts for each account
  • Respond to account/customer inquiries via email or phone within 24 hours
  • Manage customer account in D365 and pricing in the Account Profiler
  • Run open order and shipped reports from the BI-Reports as requested
  • Know and follow sales general processes
  • Process work requests as needed
  • Participate in sales assistant meetings and trainings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager, Supervisor, or Lead

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to pass a preemployment UA and background screening
