Role: Lawson BI Consultant

Location: Southfield, MI

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: $market All inclusive

 

Minimum Mandatory Skills : Lawson BI, Infor XA/MAPICS ERP, LBI

 

Job Description:

  • The candidate must have functional manufacturing experience with Infor XA/MAPICS ERP and a good understanding of IT consulting.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Translate business requirements to Infor XA/MAPICS solutions

 

  • Perform business process analysis and identify gaps

 

  • Develop and review Technical design for functional specifications from Business Analyst or Customer

 

  • Test specification and co-ordination of test activity based on the output of the business requirements.

 

  • Review operation and technical support documentation

 

  • Develop project plans, and budgets

 

  • Develop schedules and monitor results

 

  • Guide and perform strategic analysis for projects

 

  • Organize and manage all phases of projects

 

  • Coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities as needed

 

  • Reasonable for the preparation, and delegating project responsibilities

 

  • Weekly and Monthly Status report on the Projects

 

  • Should be able to handle multiple Projects Requirements

 

  • At least five years of successful IT Project Management experience within a consulting environment

 

  • Infor XA/MAPICS ERP experience

 

  • MS Project

 

  • Any change management tools like MKS Implementer, Simon

 

  • Utilities experience: Turnover, Hawkeye, Robot, Mimix or others

 

  • Languages ILE RPG, CL400, Query Query/400, SQL/400

 

  • Database / Tools DB2 / SDA, RLU, DFU, SEU, PDM, ALDON
