We are seeking a qualified and tech-savvy Marketing Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in social media, we want to meet you. As a Cybersecurity/MSP Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage and build relationships with the existing online and offline MSP community. You will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and managing all community communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes creating a content calendar, identifying target audience segments, and selecting appropriate social media platforms.
  • Generate high-quality, engaging, and informative content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is relevant to the target audience and adheres to the organization's brand guidelines.
  • Monitor MSP social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Engage with the online community, build relationships, and foster positive interactions to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments about the organization's services or products. Take proactive measures to address any negative feedback, complaints, or misinformation and work with relevant teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity and MSP industry trends, news, and discussions. Monitor relevant hashtags, industry influencers, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns, posts, and engagement. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to gather relevant content and information for social media. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of cybersecurity, MSP industry trends, and emerging social media platforms and tools. Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the cybersecurity or MSP industry. Experience with community management, content creation, and social media analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in building a network of industry influencers
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and MSP concepts, terminology, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for social media. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with online communities.
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools and data interpretation. Ability to analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple social media platforms, projects, and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and trends.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
