Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 2:30am
Pay Range: $32.00 - $36.00

Responsibilities and Functions;
 

1. Supervise all rail receiving, commodity load out and Roller Mill employees.
2. Coordinate all responsibilities and actions with Site Management.
3. Communicate with maintenance personnel on all issues pertaining to function and efficiency of facility.
4. Maintain housekeeping for entire site.
5. Coordinate logistics for receiving and load out of all products.
6. Coach and train employees. Address performance issues immediately with the support of site manager.
7. Enforce all safety processes and procedures.
8. Understand all inventory processes and measurement and report daily.
9. Maintain the best quality control standards as possible.
10. Able to perform any duties as requested by Site Manager.
11. Able to work under minimal supervision in absence of Site Manager.

 Rail Unloading Facility         

1. Schedule work hours and duties of employees with support of site manager.
2. Coordinate unloading and rail traffic with rail logistics department including validation of manifest.
3. Understand all systems in rail receiving, releasing, searching for rail traffic and system (UP / Beta Raven) for unloading and product delivery routing.
4. Understand scale operations for unloading.
5. Address and confirm all scale discrepancies.
6. Understand and enforce all sampling procedures.
7. Understand and be able to be certified on locomotive operation, both in locomotive Manual and remote operations.
8. Develop a rapport with UP rail personnel.
9. Schedule Temporary help and Rail crew for weekend and Holiday unloading.
10. Able to meet DOT requirements including Random Drug testing and DMV requirements set by insurance carrier on completion of Locomotive certification.

              Roller Mill Facility 

1. Develop a complete understanding and competency in entire flaking process from incoming grain through final finished product load out.
2. Understand and coordinate all system analysis and maintenance.
3. Understand moisture, density and environmental factors that influence.
4. Proficiency in boiler startup, shutdown and troubleshooting.
5. Understand order process, paperwork flow.
6. Coordinate production schedule.
7. Address product quality issues with management.
