Open Intern Positions:


Finance/Business Coordinator:

As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business processes within GPA. The role involves handling various aspects of billing, communications and data management. The business coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial and data health of the organization by ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes as well as current customer records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase Order Generation: Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors based on received quotes and business requirements.

  1. Data Entry: Accurately enter purchase orders and billing information into the system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.

  1. Vendor & Customer Setup: Coordinate the receipt of required documentation and maintain the database for vendors and customers.

  1. Invoice Data Entry: Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies before completing data entry.

  1. Financial Processes: Record and manage financial data such as sales commissions, forecasting, and other business financial needs.

  1. Communication: Correspond with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

  1. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions.

  1. Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports related to billing activities, forecasting accounts, payable and accounts receivable.

  1. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and operational excellence, to ensure accurate billing information, vendor invoicing and resolve issues.

  1. Compliance: Stay updated on billing regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
