Hello Auto Group is looking for a Lot Porter at our campus in Valencia, CA.

This position is a critical support to our sales and service teams. The key responsibilities include keeping the lot neat and orderly and making sure our inventory is displayed professionally.

This is an hourly paid position that pays between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keep dealership lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Head Lot Porter and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed.
  • Maintain inventory performance: replenish vehicle fluids and fuel as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
  • Start vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
  • Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers as directed by management.
  • Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
  • Receive vehicles from the transporter and safely transfer them into inventory.
  • Ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
