What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications:Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certifications:Current BCBA Certification and LBS. (Can consider candidate who has begun the LBS process for the District based opportunity)
- Skills:Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively within a treatment team.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years working with children on the Autism spectrum.
- Expertise:Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments, create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
- Assessments:Complete skill assessments such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS.
- Training:Train and supervise school staff, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Engagement:Provide parent training to facilitate a collaborative approach to support children.
