Job DescriptionJob Description

- Clean and maintain the ship's deck areas, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing as needed

- Organize and maintain deck equipment, such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys

- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events and activities on the deck, including arranging furniture and equipment

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and other recreational areas

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the deck department

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members

- Participate in training and drills to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects

- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
