Job-Type: Part-time

Expected hours: Wednesday- Sunday, 28 hours per week.

Pella Windows and Doors of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia is looking to hire an Event Specialist. The event specialist position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating successful events, overseeing various aspects from conception to execution. This role is responsible for attending events such as, but not limited to, trade shows, retail marketing events, festivals, and home shows. As the event specialist, you will have the opportunity to become a valuable member of our Marketing team, making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set up and break down at each event.
  • Engage with customers to explain Pella Products.
  • Educating customers on the Pella Brand.
  • Run special promotion tables and SWAG giveaways.
  • Maintain item inventory.
  • Open to travel to offsite events.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Background
  • High School Degree required.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Possess excellent attention to customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
