Job Description

Pay Rate:17.00

Shift: Day

  • To operate and monitor all cooking processes and programs.  The Head Cook I is responsible for filling in and / or replacing the Head Cook II as needed.  He / she is also responsible for aiding in the filling out of all cooking related HACCP documents and verifying the validity of a HACCP Programs.  The Head Cook I must log all cooking activity and report any cooking deviations to plant management.
Qualifications

  • Must be able to keep up with company standards pertaining to temperatures and HACCP programs
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift
  • Must be able to work safely and communicate well with others
  • Must be able to pass BTE Level 3

Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
