Job Overview:

Your job as a busser plays a very important role in the success of this restaurant. This includes keeping all available tables cleared and set as well as maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant including trash areas, exterior paths and parking area, restrooms and service areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Tables should be cleared and set within 2 minutes after the previous guests have departed. All available tables must be ready in order to seat the guests & meet our wait times.
  • Each table should be cleaned thoroughly and set knowing that someone will be eating again at that table in minutes. Always wipe the entire table with a CLEAN towel, check the chairs for crumbs, check the floor for trash, and set the table back up neatly.
  • The appearance of the overall restaurant is one of the most important things to a guest. Consistently check floors for papers/any garbage, do frequent bathroom checks ( trash, paper towels, toilet paper etc.)
  • Changing your soap & sanitizer buckets when needed
  • When taking the dishes back to the kitchen, place all items into proper organized piles at the dish machine.
