Likkle More Jerk in Brooklyn, NY is looking for one assistant cook/ kitchen helper to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 445 Albee Square West, Dekalb Market Hall. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all food preparation
  • Assist chef with bulk cooking
  • Assist with prepping vegetables as needed
  • Assist with receiving of inventory
  • Restock restaurant as needed
  • Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the restaurant and equipment

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have prior experience in bulk cooking
  • Experience in Caribbean cuisine is desirable but not necessary
  • must have experience in food prep techniques

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
