As a Payroll Specialist (also known as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Coordinator), you'll be responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 300 team members. This includes ensuring accuracy of approved timesheets, tracking and deducting all garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, 401K loan deductions, and other miscellaneous payroll deductions. You'll also coordinate efforts between payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience, unless payroll skill is extensive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with UKG payroll software or similar (UltiPro and Kronos experience welcome).
