Position Overview

The ideal candidate for Product Genius performs outstanding interactive vehicle demonstration deliveries, ensuring the customer has full knowledge of their vehicle's operation is comfortable with their personalized settings. This is an ideal position for someone who has short-term goals of working as a Sales Consultant

Who would I interact with?

The Sales Concierge interacts daily with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, just to name a few.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Ensures that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention.
• Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features and options.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Assists customers at the service drive.
• Trains the sales/service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
• Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Trouble shoots vehicle technology features.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees or organization.
• Professional and friendly skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Secondary education or relevant equivalent experience.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check.
