WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our Comfort Advisor - Outside Sales Rep, you'll be the key liaison between our company and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers
• Proposing solutions to meet customers' needs
• Acting as the primary contact throughout installation jobs, ensuring company goals and quality
• Earning repeat business through excellent performance

You'll enjoy a full-time Monday through Friday schedule, with weekends as needed for specific customer requirements. Because of you, our business can soar to new heights

We're looking for a Comfort Advisor - Outside Sales Rep who is highly ambitious, results-oriented, self-motivated, and can meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the HVAC industry or similar field
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences
• Ability to understand customer concerns and translate them into business solutions
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Great selling and business-development abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
