A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN INDUSTRY SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Your day starts with strategic planning, mapping out your approach to sell payroll and HR technology services to businesses in the QSR sector. You will engage with technology partners and influential decision-makers, fostering relationships that pave the way for future collaborations. You'll use your sales skills to seek out new opportunities through phone prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and various channels. Crafting compelling proposals, closing deals, and ensuring reliable forecasts are all in a day's work too. You will be ahead of the game by staying informed on QSR industry trends and best practices, all while positively representing us at industry events. Your mission? To run a minimum of 4 First Time Appointments weekly, setting the stage for transformative partnerships.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN INDUSTRY SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Experience navigating complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers
  • A strategic mindset coupled with creative problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness for a minimum of 30% travel to uncover new business opportunities
